Refund Policy

At REXFOX TECH, we’re committed to delivering premium design services with integrity, clarity, and creativity. Our offerings include but are not limited to UI/UX design, illustrations, branding, logo design, and website design. To maintain transparency and manage expectations, please review our refund policy below.


1. No Refunds – Service-Based Policy

Due to the customized and creative nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated or design work has begun. Every project involves dedicated resources, research, and tailored creative effort that cannot be reversed.


2. Understanding the Nature of Creative Work

Unlike physical products, digital design services involve intellectual investment and creative output that begins as soon as the order is confirmed. Therefore:

  • All sales are considered final.

  • Refunds are not applicable to any completed or ongoing design projects.


3. Client Collaboration

We believe great design stems from effective collaboration. To ensure satisfaction:

  • Kindly provide complete, accurate, and clear instructions at the beginning of your project.

  • Timely communication and approvals help us meet your expectations effectively.

  • Delays in response or lack of clarity may affect delivery and final results.


4. Revision Support

To accommodate refinement needs:

  • Reasonable revisions are included in each package, aligned with the original brief.

  • Requests for revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

  • Revision requests should be submitted within the timeline mentioned in your package.


5. Project Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled by the client after the order is placed:

  • No refunds will be issued for any completed or initiated work.

  • For cancellations before work begins, partial credit may be offered for future services (subject to review).


6. Dispute Resolution

7. Respectful Use of Services
